When we became parents, we started looking at everyday products differently.
We wanted cleaning products that were safe around our child, effective enough for real life, and transparent about every ingredient inside. We searched for them in India, but couldn’t find anything that met all three standards.
So we decided to create them ourselves.
Combining French formulation expertise with the realities of family life, we developed products we felt confident using in our own home.
Every Ici & Now formula is guided by one simple question:
Would we use this in our own home? If the answer isn’t yes, it doesn’t make it into a bottle.

We take great care in every order, but if your product arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please email us at contact@iciandnow.com as soon as possible. If you can, include a few photos so we can understand what happened and make it right.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we can only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or have been sent incorrectly.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
